In short: we only use your camera images to show you wearing clothes you picked. We don't store your photos on our servers, we don't sell or share your data for advertising, and we don't use your images to identify you or to measure your face or body.
Fitting Room is operated by Shingis, operating as "Fitting Room", Malaysia ("we", "us"). Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. For users in the EU/UK, we are the data controller.
Fitting Room has one purpose: to let you preview clothing from online stores on yourself, using your webcam and AI. Everything described below is needed only for that purpose.

Your photos and the product image pass through our server (hosted on Cloudflare) on their way to fal.ai or Decart. We don't save them and don't log them.
We do not collect your browsing history, the pages you visit, your name, email, location, payment details, or any analytics or advertising identifiers. The extension can see the page you're on only to show the "Try on" button on product images. It does not read, record or send page content.
We do not collect, derive, store or use biometric identifiers or biometric information, such as face geometry, face templates or body scans, and we do not use images to identify you. We send your images to our AI processors only to generate the try-on picture or video you asked for (see section 5 for how each processor may handle them). Before first use we ask for your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see section 8).
We use these service providers to generate the AI results. They process images on our behalf and under their own security and retention terms:
Payments. Fitting Room Plus is sold by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. When you buy Plus, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We don't receive your card details. We use the license key they issue to check that your subscription is active.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required (for example, for EU/UK users), transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses in our agreements with them.
We process your images based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and, where relevant, Art. 9(2)(a)), and to provide the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw consent at any time. This doesn't affect processing already done.
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. You can:
We do not sell or "share" personal information (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA), and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
All try-on photos and videos are AI-generated and are labelled as such. They are previews and may not accurately show fit, size, color or material.
Fitting Room is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data of children. If you believe a child has used it, contact us and we'll help delete the data.
Images are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Our AI provider keys are kept on our server, never in the extension. Saved data stays in your browser's extension storage.
Our use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide the single purpose described above. It is not transferred for advertising, credit-worthiness or any other purpose, and humans do not read it except when you ask us to (for example, a support request) or when required by law.
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and ask for your consent again inside the extension before the change applies to you.
