These terms are an agreement between you and Shingis, operating as "Fitting Room" ("we", "us"). By using Fitting Room you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the extension.

Fitting Room creates AI-generated previews of you wearing clothing you choose from online stores. Results are illustrations, not a guarantee of how an item will fit, its size, color, material or quality. Always check the store's size guide and product details before you buy. We are not the seller of any product and we're not affiliated with the stores you use it on unless we say so.

Product images and names belong to their owners. Fitting Room only uses them, at your request, to create your private preview. AI processing is provided by third parties (fal.ai and Decart), and their availability and quality are outside our control.
You keep the rights you have in your photos. You give us, and our processors, permission to process them only to create the results you asked for, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Photo try-on is free, with a daily limit shown in the extension. Limits can change, and we may pause the free tier when demand is high.
Fitting Room Plus is a monthly subscription that includes live video try-on (a monthly allowance of live minutes shown in the extension) and a higher daily photo limit. Unused minutes don't roll over.
Plus is sold by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, taxes and invoices under its own buyer terms. The price, including any taxes, is shown at checkout. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the "Manage subscription" link in Settings or your Lemon Squeezy receipt, and you keep Plus until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first Plus payment if you haven't used any live minutes. Contact us to request it. EU/UK consumers keep their statutory rights. Where you ask to start using Plus immediately, you acknowledge the 14-day withdrawal right may be lost once the service is fully used.
Fitting Room is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for purchase decisions made based on AI previews. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
We may update these terms. We'll tell you inside the extension before important changes apply. You can stop using Fitting Room at any time by uninstalling it and deleting your data in Settings.
